Dental Help

Dental schools can be a good source of quality, reduced-cost dental treatment. Most of these teaching facilities have clinics that allow dental students to gain experience treating patients while providing care at a reduced cost. Experienced, licensed dentists closely supervise the students. Post-graduate and faculty clinics are also available at most schools.

To find out if there is a dental school in your area, call your state dental society or association. These organizations are listed in your telephone book. Mental Health Help

If you are having problems with depression or other mood disorders, you can get help from your local Mental Health Mental Retardation Association. MHMRA offers counseling and medications to people who can't pay for services elsewhere. You will be required to fill in some forms, prove your income and be willing to sit for long periods of time to see your counselor, but they will apply for your Prescription Assistance and you can get your meds free or at low cost from their pharmacy.

I have no medical insurance right now. I am sure a lot of people are in the same situation. Either your job doesn't offer it, it costs too much, or you don't even have a job right now. This blog's sole purpose is to find ways to help those of us in need. So, join in. If the information helps, let me know. Patient Assistant programs are run by the pharmaceutical companies. These programs assist patients who cannot afford their medications to get those medications for free.
